Salem State Writers Series: Ernesto Quiñonez

Ernesto Quiñonez is a product of public education from kindergarten to his Master's at the City College of New York. He is a novelist, a Sundance Screenwriters Lab Fellow, a featured storyteller for The Moth, and an associate professor at Cornell University. In 2000 The New York Times listed his debut novel Bodega Dreams, as a “New Immigrant Classic” and has gone to be a landmark in contemporary literature.

Masks are required indoors on the Salem State campus. Our venue capacities are reduced. We ask that you not attend any event if you are feeling unwell, are waiting for a Covid test result or, have had a known Covid exposure.  All campus event attendees are expected to follow university policies (includinghealth and safety policies) and posted instructions while at any of our venues
